The Ask: The client wanted to refresh the event logo to correlate with the newly chosen theme for that year, “Engage Together.”

Design Inspiration: Growth. I manipulated the type to represent the extension of minds and the opportunity for growth and transformation.

The color palette arose from the company’s brand style guide and incorporated secondary colors that were rarely used on a day-to-day basis.

The boldness of the type was meant to show the strength of the event and the power of engagement and connection.

An illustration of a tree with infinitely growing branches was added to the design to add more visual appeal and further form the connection between the logo and the event’s theme.

 
 
 

A&M Invitational 2019 | logo design + invitations

The Ask: The client wanted to create a logo and accompanying invitations for a special invite-only retreat, designed for C-suite level executives and their families to relax, unwind, and connect.

Design Inspiration: Nature. The event took place at the luxurious Nizuc Resort & Spa in Cancún, Mexico. For the logo, I was inspired by the dreamlike elements and colors of the city: the golden sun, the beautiful white sand beaches, the turquoise blue seas, and the spectacular coral reefs.
